They had 90%of what I needed
This is for a multi thousand dollar order: Platt sent the wrong item. When returning the item, they did not have enough in stock to make an exchange. Instead they made me buy a $15 coupling. You'd think after thousands of dollars spent and days of work lost that they would comp the item. Go somewhere else with better relationship management.
I came out at Tuesday at 11:20 a.m. notice the doors are locked, looks like there's a lot of cool stuff inside though!
Guy behind the counter was friendly and knowledgeable, and it was cheaper than going to the giant box store down the road.
