I came in to return a spool of wire and order a weather proof box and the older guy with white hair had a terrible attitude, like It was an inconvenience that I needed a 6x6 inch Nema box, don't know what his problem was but he even threw my receipt at me instead of just handing it to me. His attitude wasn't any better towards his coworker asking a simple question either.
They had 90%of what I needed
This is for a multi thousand dollar order: Platt sent the wrong item. When returning the item, they did not have enough in stock to make an exchange. Instead they made me buy a $15 coupling. You'd think after thousands of dollars spent and days of work lost that they would comp the item. Go somewhere else with better relationship management.
I came out at Tuesday at 11:20 a.m. notice the doors are locked, looks like there's a lot of cool stuff inside though!
Guy behind the counter was friendly and knowledgeable, and it was cheaper than going to the giant box store down the road.
