I’m a journeyman electrician and this is my go to spot. Customer service is fantastic. You can’t beat it.
I threw a dart at a map (Google maps) and called this location (corporate sales phone number didn't answer) in search of a particularly elusive 3-phase 600V plug, due to Platt's website showing QTY 15 in stock, and spoke with Katrina who provided exceptional and unparalleled service. She also gave me 2-3 alternate part numbers that are still in production from other MFRs. Ended up placing an order with Platt and will continue to due business with them in the future.
Exceptional. Arrived the night before for an 11am delivery. They gave me a door (checked in at 515am) and had me offloaded by 715am.
