My daughter goes here all the time. She loves the prices and tends to find a lot of stuff she likes. I also noticed a lot of reviews complaining about the way things are exchanged. If you're going to give it away anyway, why complain about a business making some profit. It is a business but I'm guessing the complaints are from some entitled housewives bringing in clothes that were never worn because they go out shopping too often for lack of anything else to do. Typical Williamsburg.
I was so excited when I moved here and heard they were putting in a PC. I loved the location I frequented in Northern VA. The girls who run this shop are nice, but you can’t collect and sell good quality clothes if you don’t know what to look for. I have been several times and never find anything good. They got my order ready within minutes. They were quick easy and had some good brands to shop for my teen. Employees even helped me get things to my car IN THE RAIN. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Poor customer service. I was unaware of the status of my drop off until I returned a couple hours later and was told they wouldn’t take anything.
