The buying process feels way too picky, and honestly I don’t think they really took the time to go through my items. This store is pushing away both sellers and customers. I strongly encourage you to listen to the feedback you’re receiving and take the time to read the other reviews. There are clearly recurring concerns. One of the staff members also left a permanent marker with the cap off in my bag, so it ruined one of my sweaters, I know this was most likely accidental, but still. 🤦🏻♀
