Felt very dismissed by customer service today. I brought in 2 large containers, she looked at the top layer which were hoodies, said no too pilly (fair enough) and turned me away. I had good quality shoes, jeans, faux leather jacket further down. Disappointed to not be given the time of day and opportunity to leave my things to assessed properly.

I had called ahead asking if they accept all seasons of clothing and told her about some of the items and she told me “yes” and so I brought them in. I had washed all The clothing and laid them flat in the tote as per their direction. I brought in a bunch of clothes, the old man at the front says “let’s take a look”, no exaggeration, he spent 5 seconds to look at them, didn’t take anything out or look at the items and said “we can’t accept those” I had lulus, gymshark, dynamite, etc but instead they accept SHEIN items, cloth... read more

I went there with 4 huge bags they called me for pick up only gave me 50 said they only kept 14 items no receipt didn’t show me what the kept and only gave me one and a half bags left hmmm not impressed
