I walked in feeling confident in the items I brought in to sell because I knew I had some nice items in there and name brand stuff as well. I was shopping in the store while I waited for them to sort through, they said 10-15 mins, over 30 mins passed by still no text from them. Believe they buy clothes based off judgment of how they think the person looks or how old the person is since this is considered a teen store and only saw teen workers. I had similar experience as others, didnt want to buy clothes with tags, only want to give $2 for unworn jeans, etc. So I gave the clothes to my niece. The items she didn't want or couldn't fit, she took them to the store and had no problem getting them bought. Go figure. IMO, you'd be better just buying clothes from Ross, Shein or similar. Love this location! I sell and shop here quite frequently! All the staff is super friendly and it is always organized in the store as well. I did notice that they have a new policy when it comes to checking ID’s for both credit and debit cards, which I thank them for because it’s like a safety step. I shopped their recent event too… OMG such cute stuff! Definitely recommend coming if you haven't already!!

I will never shop here EVER again. I am just wondering do they only ask the African Americans for there id when using a debit card? Because she didn't ask the Caucasian lady for hers. And FYI I WAS NOT USING A CREDIT CARD read my message first before you respond
