I have been coming to this location for a few years, but my recent visit will be my last. I brought in a selection of clean, minimal-wear clothes and shoes to sell. Knowing the inventory they carry, I was shocked when staff rejected almost every item, including shoes that were in better condition than what was currently on their sales floor. Visit this store is worthless and time wasting
I have been visiting this location monthly for the last 2 years and their service and attitude of their employees is consistently poor. Every time I bring items in to sell, they are brought to them organized and tidy/ folded in the bags and when I get them back, things are shoved and tousled and an absolute Mess. I also have discontinued bringing them certain types of bags with zippers because on more than 1 occasion they have caused damage to the bags and zippers. this plato’s had some of the best staff i’ve ever seen! the man at the till was able to process my return quickly and efficiently, made great conversation, and even recommended nearby places to grab lunch at to my friend and i. very friendly and welcoming environment, tidy and professional. will definitely be back!
