I have given Plato’s closet the benefit of the doubt many times but today was the last straw. Coming into the store I had 3 big bags of clothes with me that I knew this location was looking for. I drop off my bags and shopped around a bit but was surprised when not even 3 minutes later I had a notification saying I was good to pick up already. I took a large box of fashionable mens shirts short and long sleeve also modern summer T Shirts, and mens casual trousers. All of these items were as new only worn once or brand new never worn. When I returned I was offered $11.00 and given most of the clothes back,, NOT WANTED. I DONT know or understand what this company are looking for, but I was amazed that all of these clothes were returned. As for the $11 I received, that didn't cover the cost of my Gas. Plato's good, but to get there it tries to run you through the fence...if you come off of 110, then turn at the lights not the turn it says to do

Dear Store Management, I am writing to bring an unfortunate incident to your attention that happened at your store yesterday ( June 28, 2026) .I brought in 10 pairs of used shoes (mostly Jordans and Nikes in 8/10 condition) to sell.
