Clean, cozy and a step up from your average thrift store. Decent selection for girls/women's clothing. Not as big of a selection for men unfortunately. Worth checking it out.
Brought in a bunch of good-quality, trendy clothes and they didn’t take a single thing. The staff just repeated the same generic lines about items being “not in style” or that they “have too many clothes right now,” while I literally watched them accept other people’s clothes in line right beside me. Meanwhile, there are stained and ripped items on the racks. Doesn’t make much sense and feels really inconsistent.
Great customer service. They took more items in than what I was expecting and gave me a fair payout. The teenagers working there seemed quite polite. They cater to the younger generation and price items for very little. So, if you're 30+ like me, they obviously won't like all your items (we just have different styles) and the payout won't be as much as you paid for them originally.
