Rude customer service, lacking professionalism

“Take your stuff to the Boca location, we don’t need your clothes anyways” this is the response I get when I went in to sell my stuff to them because apparently they were “ backed up”... I’m not exactly sure who owns this location now, but the staff’s attitude towards the customer is disgusting. ���
What a great experience. The employees are very helpful. I was able to sell my stuff and buy an almost new Tory Burch wallet and a pair of Nike shoes. I love that they are carrying better brands now!!
Platos closet is lookin good. Got new clothes all around and nice people working here
It's just ok..... they are super picky with what they buy these days and I never find anything i like on the racks. I used to never leave empty handed and have a lil extra cash in my pocket. Haven't bought or sold anything fron them in quite a while. �

I think I’m done shopping at this location. Not very good customer service and last time I was there I waited in line for 10 min with only 1 person in front of me. I only had one item but I ended up putting it up and left.
