Staff and store owner are rude and inconsiderate – Every time I've shopped at Plato's Closet McKinney I've had to deal with one of their representatives reprimanding my children for touching their second hand goods. This place is definitely not kid friendly. I've shopped at other Plato's Closet locations and have never had a problem with the staff being so rude and inconsiderate. Most recently, the store OWNER of the McKinney location snatched an item out of my three year old son's hand and yelled at him, "don't touch that!"... read more
