I am not one to leave reviews but i felt the need to for this place. I’ve brought my clothes here multiple times for them to take 1 item or none. They never go through the whole bag, everything is still folded the same and nothing has moved. Save yourself the time and go to another plato’s cause this place is a joke.
Gave me 5$ for a brand new pair of boots and another item. They were great boots just wrong size and they costed 15$ and I got 5$ bad resale.
After getting a response and going through their responses to literally any and every complaint you see on here, I'm editing my review. I cannot believe they actually think the way they are so snarky and rude and disrespectful and disregarding to ANY negative comments WHATSOEVER is going to convince people reading reviews that they're an upstanding place to shop.
