I really wish I could say I was satisfied with my visit here. Not a single worker greeted any customer that came through the doors. No staff member was attentive, helpful, or even the least bit polite. The only thing they did their best was to rush all customers out of the store by 8:45pm/8:50pm. A staff member in the back was slamming doors closed when pre-closing. Every single female working the closing shift on 02/16/2026 deserves a -5 rating. They were absolutely rude to every customer in the store at 8:30pm. I understand wanting to preclose but maybe consider announcing that you’re going to close the dressing rooms at 8:45 earlier than once they are closed. Literally went and asked a customer “do you need a dressing room” just to look back at them and say “oh sorry it’s closed” why even ask in the first place. I’ve been selling my used clothing to Plato’s closet for years. I came in to this location this past week and was very disappointed. I walked in and no one greeted me or said a word. The employees are very rude here. And the smell of this location is also pretty gross. I was pretty unhappy with this location overall. I recommend the one in Chesapeake instead!
