I come to this location often (typically in the morning right after opening) and the staff normally aren’t super friendly/personable. However, this morning I was greeted by the lovely Natesha! She was an absolute joy to interact with and extremely helpful. Before helping me she was with another customer and I could tell that she truly cared about her job and the people she meets on a daily basis just by that one interaction. I love this place, I used to come here probably 2x a week. Eventually I’ve stopped because all of the workers are genuinely just rude. They give me pretty nasty looks when I walk in, when I walk up to pay, and even when I asked to try something on one time. When I asked she continued to raise her voice at me and tell me to wait because she was busy. Meanwhile she was just standing there. Picked up a pair of brand new Hokkas for 50 bucks. Great deal! The store was pretty busy but not in a crazy way, everyone was locked in looking for deals. The employees are so nice and courteous. If you are looking for a great deal on shoes they have a ton.
