I came to Plato’s in Coralville to sell clothing for the first time this week, but from a buyer’s perspective, I thought the store appeared clean and well-organized when I arrived, so I would definitely consider shopping there in the future. When I arrived the check-in process was super quick and my items were reviewed quickly. In total 11 of my 15 items were accepted which actually exceeded my expectation in terms of quantity. Rarely have I gotten something worth the price. However, they do have a wide range of options. The customer service is not great; I wish the staff were better trained on treating their customers properly.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. Brought a brand new with tags item in ($250) and they offered me $25. Obviously didn’t research anything, it read the tag for that matter. Associate offered I could get more online, well no kidding!?!! They are too busy looking for low quality name brands than actual good items.
