Love it!
When I went in to Plato’s I brought a pretty big tote full of stuff. Half of the stuff was not touched when I picked up the tote. It took them about 45 minutes to give me a response that my stuff was done (which I think is somewhat reasonable) and ready to be picked up while there were about 10 other people in front of me. They did not take ANY of it. There were about 50 items in that tote, some including Nike and American Eagle which I see that they tend to normally buy. If I could Leave zero stars I would. This store is extremely discriminatory. ESPECIALLY to people of color. They have horrible attitudes and low ball you prices whilst they sell it for twice the price and bring up a policy that does not correlate. Just about all items are always returned but when I go down the aisle there is a shoe with a hole in it being sold.
