I love selling with Plato's closet, but one long time employee will either, not go thru my whole bag, puts other customers ahead of me, I never get a text message to my phone when she checks me in, one time she left my bags undone and left for the day!! And it was closing time before I could get my items and dropped them off at 3pm!! All the other employees are super great!! Just this one gives me the blues and she has been there the longest !! I believe she is even management!
So disappointed!! I have shopped here many times. Went in on a Friday around lunch and dropped off 2 huge plastic bins of clothes and shoes. Several that had never been worn with tags still attached. They were extremely busy, which I understood. The staff told me they didn't know if they would get to my stuff that day, I told them it was fine but I was going out of town and would not be able to come back until Monday if not called by 5pm, i offered ti just bring my stuff back Monday instead.
