Best management and employees! So easy to work with.
I brought in four full bags of high-quality, name-brand clothing—many items barely worn or still with tags. I was told it would be about 45 minutes, so I left and came back after an hour. They hadn’t even started. I was told again it’d be another 45 minutes. I ended up waiting nearly two hours total, and when I came back the final time, the staff (including a manager) were giving me attitude and dirty looks. No apology for the wait, no professionalism. Yeah, never try to sell your stuff here. Doesn’t matter what you bring in, they’re going to take barely anything and pay you next to nothing for it. And half the time the selection in store is garbage despite how selective they apparently are I can’t really blame the employees, they aren’t paid nearly enough to care. Mostly a word of caution for people thinking of selling.
