I am very frustrated with the experience I had at this store. I receive texts from them about sales and bogos, and this specific text said the entire store is 50% off so I bought some things. When I looked at the receipt upon getting home, I didn’t get any of the 50% off that I was expecting. I went back in and had them look at the receipt and text I got. Best management and employees! So easy to work with.
I brought in four full bags of high-quality, name-brand clothing—many items barely worn or still with tags. I was told it would be about 45 minutes, so I left and came back after an hour. They hadn’t even started. I was told again it’d be another 45 minutes. I ended up waiting nearly two hours total, and when I came back the final time, the staff (including a manager) were giving me attitude and dirty looks. No apology for the wait, no professionalism.
