Coming from someone who also works at a resale store I try to be understanding because I know how it goes, however I sold to them over a month ago and it took all of 10m for them to be done. I’m just getting the chance to go back through the bag for donation/to give to friends and they passed on mens Nike sweatpants brand new with tags, under armour sweats with no stains etc So I just am wondering if they actually are taking the time to go through it?
They definitely are not being on honest on the amount of items they accepted, I’m definitely missing items. Atleast 4 more of then what they said and paid me for. I’m surprised and glad I paid attention this time.
The place I get the majority of my wardrobe, but it can definitely be a hit or miss with what you find, and the prices used to be more reasonable. Definitely better than the mall or Goodwill. Kadie is an amazing employee though, she definitely cares about her job and people. Whatever she’s making, it’s not enough. She makes Plato’s Closet much better!
