I have taken items here for years & this last time has made me choose to just donate. I brought my clothes on a Sunday before they closed at 4ish and they told me my items would be sorted by around 5:30(they close at 6). I come back around 5:45 and they haven’t even gotten to my items. I know I know they text a link to look at their process but previous times they were completed and it didn’t say so on the link. I don't know how many more complaints and negative feedback the owners need to improve their staff. Every time I go there, I feel bad. The girls are arrogant. They look you up and down, and when you ask a question, they respond as if they're doing you a favor. I love the clothes in the store, but I avoid going because of the staff. Please do something! That is not ok!
My Wife and I had around $12 store credit from before, but the Gal could not locate it. The Owner came over, manually applied it to our account, and politely resolved our issue. We applaud Platos Closet and the Owners for taking such good care of us Customers and blessing us with repeated enjoyable shopping visits here!!! We will definitely be back. 10 stars all the way!!!!🌟🤩🌟🤩🌟🤩🌟🤩🌟🤩
