Went in with my daughter to sell today. 1 laundry basket of brands teens love perfectly folded. When we walked in it looked like a bomb hit it. Bags and bins everywhere. The girls behind the counter seemed rude. Went back when they were done “sorting” (cuz let’s be honest they don’t look at things) and they offered my daughter $17.75. For 9 items from her bin. Came today to sell multiple bags of clothes only to be turned away as they aren’t doing that today because they are short staffed. Checked their Instagram page and there is no information about this but it did have a post from today about buying. Poorly poorly run business It is also sooo chaotic, piles on piles of clothes and bags, so unorganized.
Amazing deals to be found IF you can find them in this insanely chaotic and disorganized store. There were things to be processed everywhere, it was like an episode of Hoarders. The racks were stuffed, which can be a good thing, but not if it means you can move anything on the racks.
