A few years late, as I had to think really hard before writing my first poor performance review, ever. He put us in dog REIT, that paid himself off the top. We trusted him. Now this dog he put us in, is down thousands, and we are stuck. Can't sell, it is frozen in litigation, and his response was zip. Shameful.

Josh and his staff are amazing! We were not doing much other than the standard 401K for our retirement. Josh has helped us find ways to set aside more for retirement and with his knowledge has been able protect and grow those funds. He has always been open, honest and accessible to us.

Poor Customer Service - No Follow-up: After speaking with someone in the office about my Fixed Index Annuity question, no one followed up with me. Lack of attention to details was my general thought about their services.
