The process of getting the quote for a coach bus was easy, and the owner was very flexible with changes. The bus was on time. However, it should be noted that the price that is quoted does not include the time for the bus to get to and from your location. Even though the starting and ending location for my trip was just a couple of minutes away from the garage where the Platinum buses stay, I was still charged for a full extra hour for the bus to travel to and from this location (probably took 5 minutes total). Communication was five stars! Always kept informed on arrival and departure status. Impeccable clean vehicles and timely service to and from Logan airport! We were extremely impressed with their service and will continue to utilize them for all our future travel needs. I recommend them highly!!!!
