Andre was great. Due to a flight delay, my pick up arrangements changed and I needed a ride home. Other car services said no and Platinum’s Andre was there at 2am, smile on his face and willing to take me home… about an hour away. Platinum is my new car service of choice!! Thank you
Reliable, responsive. Takes the hassle out of getting to the airport. Fleet of cars are amazing. Couldn’t be more pleased!!!
Vehicle was too small for six people and baggage. Very uncomfortable. Last week you picked us up with a Larger vehicle which we had no problems. Same thing happened last year, when you picked us up from the cruise. Sorry but this will not happen again. Jack
