I had a great experience with Matt from Platinum Spa Services! He was prompt in replying to my emails, showed up on time, and was incredibly friendly throughout the entire process. He got the job done efficiently and I highly recommend his services!
We’ve had our current spa for about 8 years. It’s been problematic over that time as it wasn’t a particular expensive spa. Over the years we’ve had 2 other companies come and repair our spa several time. I’ve never felt these other companies actually know what they are doing, they just replaced parts and hoped for the best.....but Matt and his apprentice (😉) have been fantastic. Terrible!!! He rings and confirms time and date- I wait for him and HE NEVER SHOWS UP and doesn't respond to my "hi are u still coming" messages. Waste of a day waiting and now I can't use my spa for entertaining for Christmas. DO NOT USE
