I have been coming to Platinum salon & day spa for about 3 years and the service here is impeccable and top notch. I love coming here and my hair loves it even more! Jackie and Carl care about their customers and the integrity of their customers hair, nails, body and soul! Horrible customer service is an understatement. I attempted to make an appointment in the beginning of December and was told that they would not have any until the first of the year. I happened to be in the area so I walked in and made an appointment. The day of my appointment, I was told by the lady at the front desk that she couldnt honor it because she was the only one there. I would never go to this salon again or suggest anyone else to.
I received a fifty dollar gift certificate from this spa for Christmas. They expired on Dec 31. When I called the Monday after Christmas to schedule an appointment, the recording said they would be closed until Wednesday. I left a message about scheduling an appointment as instructed by the recording. They never called me back. I also recd a gift certificate for this spa. I HAD an appointment. When I went to the spa for my CONFIRMED appointment...they were closed. I work in a salon and often give referrals to other salons. I would never consider going here or referring clients. This business gives other Black owned businesses a bad name.
The service is great. There is a always quality service and a open space for me. The pedicures are the best
