I booked a limo with Platinum Rides and honestly wasn’t expecting the driver to make it on time because of the snowstorm. To my surprise, the driver arrived right on schedule, opened the doors for us, and helped with our luggage. Highly recommend this service, especially for seniors.

Buckle up because this is a long one. Platinum was the worst vendor I had to deal with for my wedding day. For starters, I booked a vintage Rolls-Royce for three hours. Which was quite expensive, might I add. I had no issue paying for it because I absolutely loved this car and really wanted it for my wedding. The night before my wedding, around 8 p.m., I received a call from the company saying my Visa payment hadn’t gone through because the bank thought it was fraud and froze the card. I reserved a Rolls-Royce Phantom, a Rolls-Royce Cullinan, and two Cadillac Escalades, and I truly believe this is one of the very few companies that holds such an exceptional luxury fleet. The drivers arrived on time, were extremely polite and respectful, and the vehicles were absolutely spotless. This was for my wedding, and the experience exceeded all expectations.
