I would advise caution when booking with Platinum. We were recommended them so, thought that they would be trustworthy. Unfortunately, they were not. We had a quote that was very expensive and decided to have just the 'heavy items' moved, and we received an amended, reasonable quote over the phone. They are very expensive, most quotes we received from competitors were $150/hour and Platinum is $190/hour.
