Just awful service. This lady (I use this term loosely) is the worst person we could've been stuck with to submit our loan. She calls us literally one hour before we were set to close on our house to tell us that she can't read and is incompetent. She submitted our paperwork incorrectly and caused us to not be able to close. We are from out of state and this caused us to have to cancel our movers, painters. furniture and appliance delivery. I had the displeasure of having to speak with Heather Camp with Platinum mortgage the other day. She was extremely unprofessional, condescending and rude. I had one question I needed an answer to and she acted as if she was bothered by having to do her job. I hate to imagine if I had a real issue needing attention how the end result would be. I will never do business with this company again.
