I like the Customer service here, Specifically Sonia Mawji is always nice and helpful. She knows what she is doing. She is so sweet.
I visit Decatur branch quiet often the entire staff is helpful and in particular miss.Sonia mawji is extremely knowledgeable and quick... She tries to fix the issues if any at the very moment and moreover she is very professional. sharing this out of my own personal experience.
unprofessional people please hire those who have atleast some knowledge in loan assistance. As a ismaili this is very disappointing
