It has been almost 48 hours from the incident no response from the bank. Alert! Few instances of safe deposit box break-in @ Platinum Federal Credit Union - Decatur has been reported. We would request everyone to be more mindful about it and spread the word in the interest of our community/members.
Went to get a document notarized at their Decatur branch today which was refused by their staff member Ms. Sheetal for the reason that I don't have any account with them. My wife does have an account with them, details of which were verified by them. Other banks are not insisting on having an account with them for notarisation work.
