Two thumbs up to Platinum Electrical Contractors. We just had our install this last week and it went extremely well. Mark was very informative and knowledgeable right from the initial consult. He recommended an ideal location for our gene that we had not thought about. Thinks outside the box. The install went superb from the electricians to the gas pipe fitters. Team installed my Generator almost 2 years ago. Extremely smooth process. Last night I called and was able to get support from Noah on the Tech team. He walked me through the steps on how to get my generator back online after some user errors on my part earlier in the day! Huge thank you to Noah! PS. Still disappointed that MobileLink subscription is only included for first year after installation. Great automated service that helps you monitor the generator’s status when you are not home
Just wanted to say thank you to you and your company and specially the team of guys you sent to install our new Generac Generator.
