I have been coming to Platinum Day Spa for 3 years now and 3 for 3 had a stellar experience getting my Platinum Express package.The massage by Melissa was awesome and as always,Deanna s facial and mani/pedicure on point! I highly recommend this place to all who want a friendly positive spa experience. Also immaculate with their cleaning practices.

I bought gift certificates for my daughters. My older daughter said they didn't give her the time i paid for, and didn't seem to invested in the time i paid for Found out my younger daughters certificate was date stamped and they wouldn't let us transfer it to another user so someone could use it before it expired i lost the money.

I used to come here for waxing several years ago and decided to come back for a facial. It was A-MAZ-ING. I've been having trouble with my skin lately and with my wedding only a few weeks away, I was starting to worry! My esthetician went above and beyond to not only calm and treat my skin, she also helped me understand what I can do to manage it on my own. The receptionist was also incredibly friendly and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about this spa. :)
