Horrible. They took my couch in August and still haven't returned it at the end of January. He is hard to get a hold of and blames a receptionist that has never spoken to me. I don't think she exists. His contract includes 4 items and this is only the first. I may have to sue to get action. Ridiculous. UPDATE: I had to go to small claims court because as of the first of April , that is 9 months later, Anthony has not contacted me or returned my couch. Of course, he did not show up to court. Had my dining set chairs upholstered. Couldn't be happier. One chair had a broken leg, another one had a broken arm and they also got repaired. Thank you Anthony. Great job!
I was very happy with the work they did this Saturday. They went above and beyond what I expected. Very good customer service. I felt very welcomed. My car looks great.
Platinum upholstery was very helpful and did a great job on fixing center arm rest and door, good and friendly service would recommend to anyone.
