My experience at Platinum Cosmetics was deeply disappointing. My interaction with the manager, Jodee, was rude, unprofessional, and completely dismissive. No client should be made to feel uncomfortable or undervalued, yet that is exactly how I felt. This level of behaviour is unacceptable in any customer-facing business. I go and see sienna for my facials and always leave feeling so beautiful, sienna is professional yet warm and really wants you to feel and look your best. Jodees bubbly personality at the front desk is the cherry on top.
Mike and Jodee are absolutely AMAZING and super honest! They’ve both got heaps of experience and make you feel really comfortable. They explain everything clearly before and after, and with Mike everything is seamless and completely pain-free. Couldn’t recommend them more!
