Just purchased our first home using Nicole at Platinum. At best the whole experience was disappointing. The biggest criticism I have is her extremely poor communication skills. Rarely when I called was I able to actually speak with her, instead I’d have to leave a message but rarely would she call back. I was referred to Platinum Conveyancing and went to their office during business hours, but it was closed. The office was completely empty with no signage or information provided. Very disappointing and not a good first impression.

My experience with Platinum Conveyancing NT was disappointing. I personally found that communication was consistently slow, unclear, and required continual prompting to clarify and finalise details promptly. From the outset, it was evident that the conveyancer assigned to me hadn’t taken the time to properly familiarise herself with my matter, which should have been an early warning sign.
