Outstanding service from Nicole and the team at Platinum Conveyancing NT. We had excellent, and constant, communication throughout the process. Would highly recommend them to anyone requiring a conveyancer in the Territory.
I was referred to Platinum Conveyancing and went to their office during business hours, but it was closed. The office was completely empty with no signage or information provided. Very disappointing and not a good first impression.
My experience with Platinum Conveyancing NT was disappointing. I personally found that communication was consistently slow, unclear, and required continual prompting to clarify and finalise details promptly. I had a Great Service with Platinum!! Jodie was handeling my case. She was very knowledgable staright from the get go and explained to me everything very detailed and what to look out for. I had a tight Timeline with my buy, but Jodie was very flexible and helpful with my needs. Really a Great Experience and a Wealth of Knowledge!
