The bus was over an hour and half late for a group of 40 people. We asked for a 1 hour refund and they said they could not give it to us. They told us they could add an hour to the end however we planned around the bus and had an event that we had to get to on time. After asking for a refund for the hour over the phone they still refused and said that we had a choice. Wish I could could give the bus more stars because the driver was very nice.

I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars. The service we received was impeccable and the driver, Arthur was so nice and professional and Felix was a pleasure to deal with while booking our party bus. We reserved a party bus for a Valentine's day couples trip to A.C. and the bus was gorgeous! Everything was beautiful and modern. To be honest with you, I didn't even want to get off the party bus to go eat or gamble LOL. That's how nice it was! I don’t normally review businesses but this one deserves the review. Booked a limo for my gf’s birthday and ventured into the city for dinner at a fancy restaurant. The driver was professional and polite, the limo was stocked with beverages as requested and we enjoyed our trip into the city. The NYC skyline was beautiful from the back of a limo just after sunset. I definitely recommend Platinum Coach. The service was top notch and the limo was very nice. Joined a bunch of friends to bar hop in the city for St. Paddy's day and my friend booked a party bus through Platinum Coach. I don't know what else to say except I can't wait to find another excuse to book with them again! That was so much fun! And for an added bonus the driver seemed to really no his way around the city. The inside of the bus was really nice!

Thank you so much for being able to accommodate us a week before our wedding. Maria was great when I called and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend them and use them again!!
