First I get phone calls from this company concerning someone else loan of whom I don't even know or have any connection with, over and over they keep calling me, so today I called them back and told them not to call me anymore as I have no account with them whatsoever, as I am completely debt free own no one anything, as per the person i talked with my phone number is not on any of their accounts and more then likely my phone number was put down as reference, that does not entitle them to keep calling me as I know no one who... read more

They rip people off they lie and then make a pay off deal with consumers then sell the loan to another auto company so they don't have to honor the bargain They also do false reporting to the credit bureau and you credit score reflects no payments and stay right where you started

Back in 2016 I purchased a 2013 Nissan Sentra I had a trade in and they gave me three thousand for the trade in which the paperwork did not look right and the owner Lance and the guy about the car from he's like Adele fix it later they'll fix it later will two weeks after about the car that company closed down so we had Platinum Auto Finance I was making my payments and doing good and then I received custody of my three grandchildren that were here when addicted so they're under 5 the twins are three so I'm just trying to do... read more

Platinum Auto Finance is a very reputable company i have never had a negative experience with them i was out of work for a month because of surgery done on my back they extended my payments until returned back to work the next month they will work with you to try to find a solution to keep your automobile i will give them a 5 star i would recommend them to all my friends and family

They have taken money out of my bank account without any authorization at all AND they have taken money out of two, yes two of my friends accounts (the friends were helping me). One friend has had 1600.00 taken out of her account!!!! There was no written or verbal authorization to do this. You give them your account number and they hang onto it and use it whenever they want. Unethical at best. We are about to demand payment back...stay tuned for an update. Will we get it or not? That is the question.

One of the worst run used car dealers ever. Is constantly missing auto payments and taking out multiple payments at once. Finally complained about it and was threatened to have my car repoed.

Me and my wife bought a car and had at the time recently defaulted by no choice of our own loans. Never ever had bought a car from a loan company like this. We were a little apprehensive to say the least. Well been a full year and we never missed a payment. Had one payment 2 days late but called when we knew we would be short and they had no problem. So if you make payments on time this company is great for bad credit situations. Only gripe I have is a 3.95 "convenience" fee to pay online. Other than that when you sign a con... read more

My name is ******* ***** platinum auto finance sucks they dont help you at all my car broke down after 11 days nobody would help and they give you the run around all the time always in meetings never available there pieces of garbage they are alll liars they prey on people who have bad credit and trying to fix there credit they will give you a loan at 23.99 percent and make sure that your in a car that is shitty so they get a repo on you and they do it over and over they don't care about nothing
