I visited here 4 weeks ago and I was impressed with the physical fitness instructor and the various exercises, it helps me a lot with my fitness levels Thank you so much and will come later.
My Aunty had a minor injury and went to this physio and will never return. Couldn’t hardly walk after the visit, won’t even let someone touch her now — she is that traumatised. So no, I will not recommend. Avoid at all costs.
