Terrible elderly staff.Patient neglected with food as told by patient. Mal nourished, reported death.dates and reports purposely mixed up. fish fingers outdated like saw dust in centres. Mona Vale hospital staffer warned us of the terrible place this is....but we wrongly dismissed this...and sent our loved one there..regrettable. A warning to all those wanting to send there loved ones there.
My brother and I personally found the place a little dated but the atmosphere was very friendly and the staff were very caring of my 98 year old mother who had dementia,
