Owner is rude and treats his employees bad always thinks he's right even when he's clearly wrong horrible service I'm changing my review since the have a new owner hopefully the new owners treat their employees good
A replacement windscreen for my Key West 1720 cost just under $500. Plastic Specialties did it for $350, and they increased the thickness from 1/4" to 3/8" and made it 4" taller! And, even better, they got it done in a matter of days! Thanks, Amber and Tomas!
My experience differs from the others, as the experience was a good one. In the year we live in where few people have specialty skills, such as this one, I believe we should not expect and feel entitled to the highest class of customer service and quick delivery that other corporate stores lead you to believe you deserve.
