I very much dislike giving negative reviews, especially to locally owned businesses, but this one is definitely deserving. I found this store on Facebook and reached out to the business on Facebook. I communicated with the owner via Facebook messenger and booked a time to come in. My son wanted to make a coffee mug for dad's birthday. We booked our appointment three weeks before my husband's birthday. We arrived on time and found the location to be underwhelming. Nobody answers the phone. They’re never open. I’ve been calling for weeks. My daughters are upset that they can’t give their dad what they made him for Christmas. Shame shame on you. Honestly with customer service like this I wouldn’t be surprised if your business went under. Do better.

Wanted to attend event but never could reach anyone. Doors locked all the time and unable to leave phone messages. Eventbrite suppose to work but didn't. Left text message but no response. Know the owner just had a baby but needed someone to handle the business.

Went in on 2/22/22 over Winter break with my daughter and grandchildren. Place was cute, a little drafty but that's hard to avoid in February in Michigan. The 3 kids chose something that could be painted and brought home. My daughter and I painted a little plant pot with eyelashes which had to be fired. I treated, paid our $100+ bill and was told we would be contacted in a couple of weeks when they're ready. We were not contacted. AT. ALL.
