I had to change my appointment for an earlier hour. I have reflux and can’t eat and then be in a laid back position. Felicia changed it then said bye. I laid my phone down without turning it off. I could hear her talking to another person saying “she changed her appointment because she has reflux, this is what I have to listen to at work.” Sorry Felicia , I gave no details. Apparently you talk about your customers behind their back. Shame on you!
