(Split Oaks Logistics) This place is very strict on appointments. Don't be late. Staff was very professional. Overnight parking isn't allowed. Plenty of space to maneuver tractor-trailer. Slide tandems to the very rear. Dock trailer and lower the landing gear all the way to the ground. Disconnect red air line. Do not Disconnect tractor from trailer.

Don’t come in here thinking there’s actually a line and they call you in order as you checked in within your appointment time, because they’ll pass you up. After getting passed up couple times I went inside to ask about it. It ended with them telling me that I was lied to about what my appointment time said on my tablet, and dude that has all of the paperwork shrugged his shoulders when I asked how many people was still in front of me.
