I love each and every teller in the bank! They have provided me nothing but excellent service. When I went thru a hard time and split from my spouse and had to change some things around they were there and very understanding. And gave me knowledge of things I had no idea about. They made my transition in life easy. And I'm grateful.
I have had multiple rude and concerning interactions from this location. I’ve experienced bank tellers tossing the company I work for deposit slips carelessly across counters, having overall rude depositions/demeanors, and mishandling money on multiple occasions. They have miscounted and lost money from our deposit multiple times. They even insisted that the deposit total I had was wrong and sent me away, only for them to call me 20 minuets later saying that my original total was correct and that they misplaced some of the m... read more
Refuses to help small businesses. Went in to exchange cash for change and was refused because I wasn't a member. Had to drive all the way across town to get change at my bank where I wasn't questioned.
I have had excellent service at this bank location. Alex and the tellers are always friendly and willing to help me.
