I’m so tired of having to call every couple of months because my mobile banking password just stops working and there’s no way to reset it because it tells me my information is incorrect. I shouldn’t have to wait until monday to find out how much is in my bank account. These cards also don’t work with apple pay, and you can’t deposit a check online. I’ve been putting off switching banks but it’s #1 on my to do list tomorrow.
