EDIT: Their response claiming they have no record of me as a client is exactly why I left a 1-star review. I called multiple times, shared the details of my case, and it was handled carelessly, evidently with no documentation or follow-through. I strongly recommend seeking legal assistance elsewhere. I had a disappointing experience with this law firm. Their communication was poor throughout the process, and there was a noticeable lack of clarity when handling my case.
