Absolute nightmare! I dealt with Ken for about 2 years and really never had a problem with him until 2020 taxes. This man is completely unprofessional and hides behind his secretary. Basically took our W2's and said he would file and bill us. Didn't hear from him for 2 months and when we tried to get our W2's back he was a ghost. We called and left several messages and emails with no response. My husband had to show up to his office unannounced and talk to his secretary while he hid in his office just to get our documents!
