All aspects of this purchase and working with Plantatorem were fantastic. We bought two 15-inch spheres and the shipping company managed to break both spheres. Plantatorem immediately responded with reshipping for replacement. The customer service was the best ever. The quality of the sphere is fantastic and works perfectly in our garden. This kind of shipping is difficult, and they were easy to work with. We will buy more from them in the future.
