It would be a five for the orchid planter, but whoever packed it deserves no stars. The foam melted all over the planter and I spent hours getting it out of the tiny drainage holes. Nice planter. Yes, I live in Tucson and it was in the 100's but shippers should have known lots of people live in hot climates.
Planter is exactly what we were looking for with exceptional quality! Had to work with customer service because of a mixup on the order, and the response was immediate and the problem was resolved immediately!! Will be referring my gardening friends, and will continue to use this company for future purchases! 10 out of 10 for quality and service!
A friend in Wisconsin told me about them. Amazing pots and planters, outdoor and indoor. This is a hidden gem. The stuff is made really well, and is durable outdoors. Lots of stuff that's extra large, and it's hard to find stuff like that in pairs or in threes, unless it's hokey Home Depot stuff, which this stuff transcends. I'm a fan. Five stars for sure.
