What a fantastic family owned company. Clearly David & George have been doing this for a long time. They are not only ethical, competitive & professional they are absolute gentlemen. Very unprofessional - hugged me and my mum on entry to the store and then called me “slow” when I asked about the cheaper shutter for a window option. Strangely he also wouldn’t stop insisting I pick up the baby chickens he keeps in his store which I continued to decline and then he kept telling me I must be frightened of them???
I've never dealt with such unprofessional incompetence in all my life... Dave and George should be ashamed of themselves to charge such ludicrous prices... Hopefully they will go out of business.. I went to half price shutters and received and better deal and excellent customer service...
The guy in the shop introduced my wife and I to two sets of blinds, when I suggested I'm fine with the cheaper plantation, he kicked me out of the shop and said he's not dealing with me anymore. Words can't express how shonky the guy operates. A while back my Father came into the store, same situation, he told my Father he doesn't sell the cheaper anymore. Obviously, the angle is to sell the expensive version and kick out anyone requesting the cheaper. Reporting to consumer affairs.
