I attempted to purchase a home in this community. Due to the fact I had two dogs, I specifically asked whether that would be a problem. Neither is an aggressive breed. I was told it was fine and proceeded to fill out paperwork and put a deposit down. However, the community then proceed to tell me that because my dogs were over 45 pounds, I could only have one.
