This is pure joy to exercise with Heather.
Heather is the BEST instructor. She always has smile on her face and explains moves very well. The dance part is fun!
These beach classes are great and Heather is the best instructor! My husband and I vacation in the Keys in the winter and her classes are one of the reasons we return each year.
Heather is amazing!!! Her classes are so much fun. They are multi strategic. We exercised, made friends, laughed a lot, breathed fresh air. & even had a class meet up bi monthly at a local eatery for music and more laughs. Her classes allow you to take away what you want from them. We stayed in Islamorada for 6 weeks. One reason was this amazing park that offers so many activities. Heather is a fun and enthusiastic teacher of strength and fitness. She instructs and inspires us to be our best selves. She also includes everyone in extra activities that are a part of the community so all feel welcome. I love the classes and the people.
