Not very friendly I was just at this location about a week ago. I found their salespeople to be down right rude. They do not acknowledge you when you walk in ( and you are the only one there!) You ask a question as simple as "do you know when you will be getting more in because I am very interested" and the reply is "umm I am not for sure" not I will check or anything. The saleslady walked off and offered nothing! I will not ever go here again!
Rude sales people I'd sooner have no furniture than to do business with these people. Simply rude and obnoxious. To be hung up on not once, but twice, is simply outrageous. Mr. Vacumm must have met a different person than the ones I spoke with.
Low Stock, Rude and Poor Customer Service Selection looks nice, but they have very low stock. Promises made by salespeople were not held up to later. Owner was iratable and unbelievably rude. She acted as if "customer service" was a foreign concept. I will never shop there again and I would encourage others to avoid this place like the plague. Plenty of other places that carry the same brands and quality that treat you nicer.
Great Selection! My friend told me about this store so I decided to try something new and the place was great! They had the exact bedroom I wanted when other stores didn't carry it. They had a great selection of furniture and the prices were really reasonable. I highly recommend shopping at Plantation Furniture and I will definitely be back.
I like it Plantation Furniture has a big selelction of dining room and family room furniture. The prices are affordable for nice furniture. The styles they sell are more casual and traditional. Don't go here to get stuff for your formal living room. They have been in business for a long time and I believe are reputable.
