For years I flirted with a plant based diet but the stars were aligned when I saw Plantable featured on the Today show. I signed up for the 1 month reboot. I am blown away with the packaging it comes in, the variety of dishes and my goodness the dishes taste as if they are made for me. Don’t think of lettuce and garbanzo beans.
